      Get support with Splashtop SOS

      Remote support is available through Splashtop SOS, a secure, easy-to-use tool that allows our in-house technicians to log into your PC to provide assistance. Simply download and run the appropriate client for your machine, and the software will guide you through the installation process.

      This connection is initiated only with your permission and can be ended at any time. The software runs temporarily without installation, ensuring control and privacy. If you’re unsure or need verification, Infinity encourages you to contact their support team for confirmation.
